We partnered with Ptech and VR Studio to run a massive games workshop for 70 kids from Manurewa College. It was an amazing and fun event!
We had an excellent time running a course about Virtual Reality Game development that involved 3D modelling, level design, and game programming.
We had an awesome time teaching game dev to the kids of Ngā Rangatahi Toa and showing them the fun of Virtual Reality Gaming! VR Studio kindly provided the Oculus headsets.
We ran a series of workshops for two separate classes for James Cook High School. The students had an amazing time and some were inspired to look into technology careers!
We had a blast running workshops at Tangarora College. We covered basic game making and 3D Modelling with Blender. The course was generously sponsored by Xero!
This was the first ever workshop we ran for NGEN, a technology school in Whangarei run by the He Puna Marama Trust. We still run these classes currently via remote video.
